Thermal spraying is one of coating methods that can form a functional film on the surface of material.
This method uses gas or compressed air to spray molten materials against the surface of target.
Those molten materials are extracted by heating with burned gas and plasma.
By heating materials with burned gas and plasma, they are melted and softened.
As the materials become minute particles, accelerator release materials to collide on the surface of target materials that can form a functional film with minute particles to solidify and deposit on the surface.
Thermal spraying can be classified into some mothods due to materials and heat source patterns to use.

Thermal spraying is excellent in industrial practicality with its high cost-performace.
There are many materials that can use in Thermal spraying.
They incluedes even celamics and plastic.
